Booking Policies

  • For all appointments, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit fee. This deposit will reserve your requested date & time slot. The deposit will also go towards your total balance for services and any "add-ons" you decide are needed i.e. Touch-up Services.

  • When booking your appointment, your deposit can be made with credit/debit cards, or electronic invoices via Paypal/Square. For the deposit fee, an electronic payment invoice will be sent to your email address where you can pay quickly & securely with your credit/debit card. Payment for deposits will need to be paid within 24 hours of receipt. A 2.9% PROCESSING FEE IS ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, THIS FEE DOES NOT GO TO US!

  • We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

  • You may cancel services at any time however; you will forfeit any and all deposits and/or payments made. The fee is non-refundable, and only transferable once to reschedule.  Tardiness may require you to be rescheduled at a later time/date. If you choose not to show up for your appointment after the deposit fee has been paid, you forfeit any and all payments towards your service. Any and all payments are 100% non-refundable. ​
